Refund Policy
This policy explains refund eligibility and process for the paid one-time AI report product via Polar.
1. Scope
This policy applies to digital AI report products purchased on TOPIK Practice Test.
This refund policy applies to report purchases made from signed-in accounts.
2. Eligible Cases
- Duplicate charge for the same payment
- Verified system failure after successful payment
- Validated unauthorized payment claim
- Other clear service-delivery failures
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change-of-mind after successful digital delivery
- Missing notification email alone (including checkout-email typo) is not a refund reason when the report is available in the signed-in portal
- Failures caused by local device/browser/network conditions
- Policy abuse, fraudulent, or bad-faith requests
4. Automatic Refund
For some verified system failures during report generation, we may attempt an automatic refund.
If the same signed-in account is verified as having duplicate charges for the same quiz attempt within a short period, the later duplicate charge may be refunded automatically.
If automatic refund fails, please contact support directly.
After refund, access to the refunded purchase is revoked, and limited internal records may be retained for audit and dispute handling.
5. Processing Timeline
Refunds are not processed through an instant self-service button and are handled after support review.
Requests are usually reviewed within 5 business days.
After approval, bank/card posting may take 5-10 business days.
For refund review, we may request payment identifiers such as Checkout ID, payment time, and checkout email.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact support before filing a chargeback for faster resolution.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in service restrictions.
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
