1. Acceptance

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

2. Service Scope

The Service provides TOPIK practice questions, Speaking Quiz, explanations, and optional paid AI study reports.

Features and content may change for quality, security, and operational reasons.

The Service is available to both signed-in users and guests, while signed-in accounts provide cross-device sync and recovery for purchases and reports.

Account login is available through email login, Google sign-in, and Kakao sign-in.

Speaking Quiz may require microphone permission depending on browser and device support.

3. Paid Report Product

The paid product is a one-time digital entitlement for AI report generation.

Each paid Checkout ID creates one report for that purchase, and reopening the same report does not count as an additional generation.

If configured, a report-ready notification email may be sent to the signed-in account email, while the full report is available in the account portal.

Reports are personalized using score and wrong-answer data, including correction points, frequency-based priorities, a 7-day routine, and short follow-up practice.

The paid report is a digital product with no physical shipping and becomes available in the signed-in account portal after payment once preparation is complete.

Paid report purchase and generation are available only for signed-in accounts.

4. Billing and Refunds

Payments are processed through an external payment partner, and we do not store sensitive card data.

Once payment completes, digital delivery begins and refunds are reviewed under our policy and applicable law rather than an instant self-service action.

For a verified duplicate charge on the same quiz attempt under the same signed-in account, the later charge may be automatically canceled or refunded after server review.

Refund eligibility follows our Refund Policy and mandatory local consumer laws.

5. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive use
• No bypass of security, payment validation, or rate limits
• No excessive automation that harms platform stability
• No reverse engineering, abusive scraping, or malicious traffic

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential damages are limited.

AI outputs are learning assistance only and do not guarantee exam outcomes.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms for legal, technical, or operational reasons.

When updated, we revise the Last Updated date on this page.
